In anticipation of the Gender Equity Task Force Report, the Gender+ Justice Initiative and the Georgetown Women in Medicine invited Georgetown faculty for a conversation on current approaches to addressing salary gaps and conducting salary equity reviews across Georgetown’s campuses. This conversation was an opportunity to discuss and learn more about the current processes for reviewing equity in faculty salaries from administrators from each campus. The goal was to start a dialogue and identify next steps and best practices to address, ensure, and maintain salary equity.
