Money Talks: Salary Equity at Georgetown University

Hosted by the Georgetown University Gender+ Justice Initiative and the Georgetown Women in Medicine.

In anticipation of the Gender Equity Task Force Report, the Gender+ Justice Initiative and the Georgetown Women in Medicine invite Georgetown faculty for a conversation on current approaches to addressing salary gaps and conducting salary equity reviews across Georgetown’s campuses. This conversation is an opportunity to discuss and learn more about the current processes for reviewing equity in faculty salaries from administrators from each campus. The goal is to start a dialogue and identify next steps and best practices to address, ensure, and maintain salary equity.
