G+JI Pandemic Mentorship Program for Georgetown Faculty
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, women’s research and scholarly output have been deeply impacted. As an intervention, the Gender+ Justice Initiative is launching a Pandemic Mentorship Program that consists of pairing Georgetown senior faculty with junior faculty who work on similar issues across campuses and disciplines.

Sivagami Subbaraman retires as director of LGBTQ Resource Center and Women’s Center (The Georgetown Voice)
Long-time director of the LGBTQ Resource Center and Women’s Center, Sivagami Subbaraman, affectionately known as “Shiva” by students of Georgetown, announced last November that she would be retiring as director effective Dec. 31, 2020.
