The Gender+ Justice Initiative is pleased to co-sponsor Intersectionality, Women Acting Up discussion as part of the Such A Time As This: Racial Justice at the University.
This series of conversations will explore how Georgetown faculty’s research advances racial justice. The sessions will consider how racial justice produces certain responsibilities for researchers. We will also examine how the pursuit of justice informs the impact of the speakers’ work. We will not only focus on the work of individual faculty members but also how the mission of Georgetown University informs and supports this work.
