“Money Talks”: Starting the conversation about salary gaps and salary equity by understanding processes for salary review for Georgetown Faculty
In anticipation of the Gender Equity Task Force Report, the Gender+ Justice Initiative and the Georgetown Women in Medicine invited Georgetown faculty for a conversation on current approaches to addressing salary gaps and conducting salary equity reviews across Georgetown’s campuses.
