by A/PI Domestic Violence Resource Project
Join The Asian/Pacific Islander Domestic Violence Resource Project (A/PI DVRP) for a community panel around LGBTQ inclusion, and what creating “safe spaces” means in 2019:
How do we take the idea of creating safe spaces and make it inclusive of intersecting aspects of A/PI and LGBTQ, so that we are representative of people in their multitude of expressions and identities?
This event is open to the public, and will feature a panel of 5 guests (guests to be announced shortly!). We strive to make this as inclusive a space as possible, so for any accessibility needs please contact lauren@dvrp.org .
When: Tue, June 25, 2019 — 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Where:Frank D. Reeves Center of Municipal Affairs 2000 14th Street Northwest 2nd Floor Conference Room Washington, DC 20009
There will be light refreshments provided, and our panel will start promptly at 7:00 PM.
