For Sexual Assault Awareness Month this April, Georgetown Sexual Assault Peer Educators (SAPE) is bringing Amita Swadhin to campus! Amita is a Georgetown alum (SFS ’00) who works to end interpersonal and institutional violence against young people, informed by their personal experiences as a non-binary, femme, queer woman of color and survivor of childhood sexual abuse. They will be speaking about childhood sexual abuse survivorship in queer communities, communities of color, and campus communities. Please join us to engage in these important topics.
